Instagram Adds New Comment Reply Option, Tests Star Sign- Related Stickers
Instagram is testing a new way to interact with replies to posts, while also experimenting with an interactive sticker based on the star sign, to facilitate more engagement.
First, after experimenting with this feature for the past few months, Instagram is now live testing the ability to share comments from any public post or Reel to your IG story.

As you can see in this example, for those who took part in the test, when you swipe left on a comment, you'll see a new option to share it to your story. The comment will then be presented in a new type of sticker, which you can place anywhere within the story frame.
